   • Take pictures or videos. The photos and videos are exclusively for internal training use within our company. This includes training for potential franchisees, training for registered franchisees, and our partners. The aim of the internal training is to improve the quality of the instruction and ensure consistent implementation of the Kumon Method.
   • Include the child’s information (for example, full name, grade, level in Kumon, etc.) in any communications media that may be shared with the public. This includes, but is not limited to Kumon posters and information bulletin at Kumon centers, events, or other forms of communication media that highlight children’s achievements.
